Billionaire Boys Club

Spring Summer 18

Christmas maybe around the corner but so is SS18. So to kick it off we headed down to Billionaire Boys Club to have a look at their SS18 collection.

Billionaire Boys Club is a fashion line that was started by the famous American "Because I am Happy" singer Pharrell Williams and Japan's Fashion Icon Nigo ( who is also the founder of BAPE). Pharrell is a singer and songwriter with great heart for all things Art, Fashion and Design. Gathering inspiration from all spheres of life and everything around him, he steered the Billionaire Boys Club team to put together and amazing line for SS18.

The line has themes such Prime Crew wich features Malcolm X ( who was an African-American Muslim minister and human rights activist) on the garments. This theme featured recognises the work he ( Malcolm X ) did and the effects it had in bringing equal rights for the African- Americans in the US.

The collection features the usual plain shirt with their logo but this season there was a few hidden gems in the collection. Their black and white comic strip styled jacket is our favourite of the collection but what we also really loved was the pink rose jumper and what at first glance we thought to be a camo shirt but is in fact a shirt covered with roses and their logo (with matching trouser.) Similar to the pink jumper they have produced a grey jumper with rose on, it's simple but makes the Billionaire Boys Club different and stand out from just a plain logo.

Don’t fear camo is still in this collection but they have jazzed it up with an orange bomber jacket with camp patches on the sleeves. Now this is something we are very keen on, this and the patch work cap.

Have a look below at some of the garments

The collection goes on sale ____
